Cookies notice

We use only strictly necessary cookies. No tracking, no advertising, no analytics.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file the portal stores in your browser. We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the portal to function. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, profiling, or any cross-site tracking. Because all of our cookies are strictly necessary under Article 22 of the NDPA, we do not display a cookie consent banner.

Cookies we set

Name Purpose Duration
convene.auth Maintains an admin/staff login session. 8 hours (sliding)
convene.xsrf Anti-forgery (CSRF) protection token for form submissions. Browser session
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* Anti-forgery cookie set by ASP.NET Core to pair with the XSRF header. Browser session
.AspNetCore.Identity.Application ASP.NET Identity session for authenticated staff (only set if you log in). 8 hours (sliding)

Third-party cookies

None. The portal does not embed third-party scripts, fonts, or media that would set cookies on your browser.

How to refuse cookies

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but the portal will not function correctly without the anti-forgery cookie (you will be unable to submit any form). Staff users will be unable to log in if the authentication cookie is refused.
